💌 Deposits, Payments & Taxes

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total custom order value is required to secure your event date and confirm your booking. 💕

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.

• If the Client fails to make payments by the required deadlines, Michi Pops reserves the right to stop work and cancel the order. All payments made will be non-refundable.

• Once pickup is complete, the Client is responsible for the proper handling, transportation, storage, and care of the cake pops.

• We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App for payments. 💳✨

• Cash and checks are not accepted for custom orders.

• Any applicable taxes or additional fees will be communicated to the Client as part of the order total.

Michi Pops is not responsible for bodily injury, property damage, or consequential damages arising from the products or services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Michi Pops is not responsible for damage to products after pickup caused by individuals not employed by Michi Pops, including improper handling, transportation, storage, or environmental conditions.

To keep your treats looking and tasting their best, please follow any care and storage instructions provided. 🍓✨

🎀 Changes to Your Order

We understand that plans can change! 💗

• All requested changes to custom orders must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled pickup date.

• Requests made less than 30 days before pickup may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Michi Pops.

• Changes may affect the final price, design, quantity, or availability. Any additional costs will be communicated to the Client before proceeding.

At Michi Pops, we offer vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. 🌱✨ For these orders, our work areas and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to help reduce the risk of cross-contact.

However, our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your needs. Unfortunately, we may be unable to accommodate certain severe food allergies.

The Client is responsible for informing guests of potential allergen risks. Michi Pops will communicate ingredient information and our ability to accommodate dietary restrictions upon request.

Michi Pops loves sharing our sweet creations! 🍡💖 We reserve the right to use photographs, videos, and other content of custom orders for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, unless otherwise requested and mutually agreed upon in writing before the content is used.
